This dress is a work of art! I'm 5"3 and ordered a size S, which landed right at my ankle. It's very sophisticated and even has a very small flare at the hips which give it an elegant look. However, the pattern and fabric make it suitable for causal wear too. My only complaint is that the straps are ever-slightly so long for my narrow shoulders, but I could still go out and wear as-is. I might shorten them myself for a better fit.
